Localization of the guarantee of criminal executions in Iranian law with emphasis on community-based punishments

Abstract

Negative effects of prison on the personality of the offender, including mental and objective effects and the impact of prison on the increase in crime, as well as criminological theories of correction and treatment and the emergence of new trends in social reaction as the most important factors for using alternative punishments It has been considered by legislators. Today, imprisonment has become one of the most common types of punishments that are applied to various crimes in all countries. However, after a long time of imposing this punishment on a large number of criminals, it has been proven that this method is no longer useful and appropriate and other methods should be used. Were raised. These punishments are aimed at solving the many problems of prisons, helping to better reform criminals and reducing the population of prisons, in various forms such as house arrest, educational and medical barracks, suspension of sentences, postponement of sentencing, financial punishments, utility services, deprivation of Social rights and the compulsion to reside or refuse to reside in a particular place entered the legal system of countries.
