Abstract

One of the indicators of the efficiency of any political system is judicial justice, which is symbolized by the judiciary. The more successful the judiciary is in achieving judicial justice, the greater the stability and efficiency of the political system. This article seeks to answer the question of what is the relationship between judicial justice and the stability and efficiency of the Iranian political system through descriptive methods and the use of library resources? In response, it was hypothesized that the meaning of judicial justice is the set of rights, mechanisms of justice administration and judicial structures and its characteristics include efficient laws, judicial independence and the enforcement of fair sentences. The findings show that there is a direct relationship between judicial justice, stability and efficiency of political systems. The more efficient the laws, the greater the independence of the judiciary and the fairer the execution of rulings, the higher the efficiency of political systems. Observance of the three indicators of judicial justice, namely efficient laws, judicial independence and the implementation of fair rulings can have positive effects on the stability and efficiency of the political system.
