Abstract

The third era of cybercrime has dominated since the early 1990s and is referred to as "cybercrime". The cyberspace defined by the Council of Europe as a combination of computers, modems and telecommunications, a simulation and virtual feature, was a completely new environment that attracted everyone's attention.
The most recent international convention in the field of cybercrime has also used the same title "cybercrime".
What it separates them from previous generations is the lack of connection between the commission of a crime and being a criminal at the scene
It is the result of the crime that this has somehow complicated the crime.
