Abstract

Given that the relationship between religion and murder needs to be studied and analyzed a lotsome have attributed it to religion in connection with the killing of infidels and consider it a religious violence, while others, by acquitting religion, link this abnormal behavior to the dominant culture in a society. Because there is no justification for such violence in religion on the other hand, in criminology, in the discussion of hate crimes, theories have been proposed regarding the appropriateness of religion and violence.
They consider the stability of religion as the cause of violence and the variability of religion as the cause of non- violence also, some do not consider the victimes behavior, speech, actions, gender, ethnicity, and lifestyle to be ineffective in committing a crime against him. But the truth is that the rulers and the people of the society, with a baseless understanding, gain an understanding of religion. They suffer from such violence. Because a correct understanding of religion does not create this violence, and there is not infidelity of one person any reason for discrimination in his financial and citizenship rights.
