The Impact of Khuzestan Strata on Awareness and Political Participation of Khuzestan Students after the Revolution

Abstract

The present study, using the Dimtel technique, seeks to design a model of Khuzestan stratifications on awareness and political participation of Khuzestan students after the revolution. This research is applied based on the purpose and in terms of data collection, it is a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research. Data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and in order to collect information, a theoretical and purposeful method (snowball) was conducted with 14 university experts. Using the opinions of experts, 34 variables were finalized, which became the basis for preparing the main questionnaire. 375 questionnaires were distributed among students in Khuzestan province in 1397. To analyze the data, the theme analysis method and to rank the approved components and indicators among the multi-criteria decision-making techniques, the Demetel technique under the Super Decision software has been used. The results showed that status and status have the greatest impact on increasing the stratification of Khuzestan society and also education has the least impact on the stratification components of Khuzestan society. Educational conditions have the greatest impact on increasing student political participation in the Islamic Republic of Iran from a public policy perspective and also emotional atmosphere has the least impact on increasing student political participation in the Islamic Republic of Iran from a public policy perspective.
