Organizational training in learning individuals according to the effect of spiritual intelligence

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence includes a sense of meaning and having a mission in life which leads to a balanced understanding of the value of matter and believes in the betterment of the world, which is used to solve problems and issues related to the meaning of life and values. Employees often start their careers with special hopes and expectations due to their spiritual intelligence to reach the highest level in the organization, and most of them care about their progress, reaching power, gaining the highest responsibilities and rewards. This study emphasizes on three specific approaches of organizational behavioral learning, perceptual learning and executive learning of employees and according to the effects of spiritual intelligence at two levels of service (10 and less than 10 and over 10 years) using the correlation method in the statistical population. Employees working in an organization with a sample size of 219 people were surveyed. With this study, the correlation coefficients at the levels of service history between the two variables of stagnation in the path of career advancement and burnout are analyzed and the relationships between them are determined. The results show that with increasing service history, the obtained correlation coefficient decreases. This result is consistent with the analysis of the relationship between the two main variables and with increasing employee age, the correlation coefficient of decay and stagnation Decreased in the path of career advancement, which is expected to increase the decomposition of employees as the stagnation in the path of career advancement increases.
