Abstract

The present article seeks to examine the legal challenges of land acquisition and acquisition in oil and gas industry projects. From this perspective, after expanding the conceptual space of the subject, it will examine the laws of land acquisition. According to the thematic documents presented in this research, the research method is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method in this research is library. The article raises the question: What are the challenges in acquiring and acquiring lands in oil and gas industry projects in Iranian law? In response to the main question, it is assumed that "the problems arising from changes in laws and structural changes in the oil industry, the challenge of multiple laws in general and in particular, the lack of modern technology, the challenge of conflict between copies or law allocation Articles of Association and managerial problems in education and acquisition are among the challenges in this area. An agreed contract between the oil employer and the oil contractor is essential.
