Abstract

In this article, analyzes the intentions of Sharia in Sunni jurisprudence and Imami jurisprudence to examine the effect of intentional on jurisprudence and examines the evolution of intentional knowledge using descriptive-analytical method in the light of process and contemplation in scientific sources.; After the Revolution and the establishment of Shiite jurisprudence with questions that ancient individualist jurisprudence did not face, necessary to pay attention to this issue.
Shiite jurists, especially the later ones, have said that; Discovering the purposes of Shari'a in matters such as justice, expediency, security and human dignity can lead man to the abode of transcendence. This research paper seeks to answer the fundamental question: Does Imami jurisprudence have the efficiency and ability to be fully present in society or not? And how can it be used optimally using its potential capacities? How can jurisprudence in general and the purposes of Shari'a in particular help humanity in today's world to solve its problems? Processing the research findings indicates that; Imami jurisprudence has put the knowledge of intentions on the agenda in order to solve the challenges of the contemporary world with a dynamic and rational approach. The purposes of the Shari'a and its rulings follow specific ends, and in principle, the Shari'a is designed to achieve these ends, and the purposes of the Shari'a are not considered to be a mission other than bringing human beings to the shore of salvation.
