After analyzing the interviews, in addition to categorizing the research variables, it is possible to provide a research model. Qualitative data were collected, then based on the findings of qualitative data, research tools were made and quantitative data were collected. In the qualitative section, 30 experts were interviewed and in the quantitative part of the research, a questionnaire was distributed and collected among 108 managers of Bank Saderat branches.
