The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of national interests, its challenges and also to provide a theoretical model for securing national interests by using of qualitative approach of grounded theory and implementation semi-structured interviews with expert professors in regard of this subject. recognition of background factors.analyzing data of research and theoretical model suggests that causal and structural conditions and also, taking into account the influence of intervening factors, we can achieve a selected model in achieving the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which in this article, we have interpreted as "the model of globalization of development with fair coordination of Iran with the world economic system."Keywords Contextual theory, Development, Globalization, National interests, Socio-economic structure
