Abstract

Today, technology and access to it is one of the largest and most important basic indicators in economic development and the use of this technology is becoming more and more up-to-date, so its transfer by international contract to one of Technology Transfer Contracts Technology transfer contracts have a special feature that takes place internationally due to the breadth and complexity of their subject matter and the various conditions that are envisaged in such contracts. Therefore, the necessity and importance of this study in a descriptive-analytical method to examine the legal protections of intellectual property in the field of technology transfer and seek to answer the question that the position of rules to protect intellectual property in the direction of the transfer process How is technology? The hypothesis of this research is that protectionist rules have an undeniable role in directing the process of technology transfer due to their close relationship with intellectual property. The results of this research show that intellectual property facilitates the process of technology transfer. In this field, there are many models, agreements, contracts, etc.,
