Designing a model to evaluate employee performance using fuzzy data envelopment analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of employees using fuzzy data envelopment analysis. The statistical population of the research was 85 people and the sample of 61 people included all the staff units of one of the companies. Questionnaire and human resources database of the headquarters were used to collect data. The research method was descriptive and survey. We used fuzzy data envelopment analysis and axial input model to analyze the data. The results showed that out of the total sample of 61, 23 are efficient management employees (0.23), 3 are on the efficient frontier (0.09) and 35 are inefficient (0.7).This indicates the low level of productivity and efficiency in the decision-making units of the company, which in order to improve productivity and efficiency, requires staff training and attracting specialized personnel, which must be more carefully planned or choose alternative methods.which in order to improve productivity and efficiency.
