In this section, cluster random sampling method and survey method and researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect information. Finally, the data were correlated and regressed by SPSS software were analyzed. Findings indicate that the majority of respondents (59.2%) rated their communication skills as desirable. In regression analysis using stepwise method 3 variables, positivity, equality, and social class in the set of cultural and social factors, respectively, entered the regression equation and explained about 27% of the dependent variable changes.
