Designing a model of knowledge management enablers based on Islamic principles in education in Kerman

Abstract

The present study aimed to design a model of knowledge management enablers based on Islamic principles in education in Kerman. This research uses the method of qualitative research of grounded theory (data foundation), interviews with 15 experts has been done, The statistical population in the quantitative part includes all knowledge education experts with knowledge in the field of Islamic knowledge and culture management of the organization, numbering 245 people, of which 124 people by systematic random sampling. they got. In order to identify the dimensions and components of empowerment of knowledge management based on Islamic principles, in-depth and in-depth interviews have been conducted with experts, who have been mainly university professors. In the quantitative part of the research, in order to evaluate the validity of knowledge management empowerment based on Islamic principles, a questionnaire of 83 questions based on a 5-point Likert scale was used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and SMART PLS. In open coding, 166 related propositions were extracted and in the axial coding stage, it was divided into 12 categories by categorization. In selective coding, 15 general dimensions were extracted and the final research model was designed. This model includes two general dimensions: internal consequences, competitive consequences. According to the research results, some suggestions were made.
