The manner oversees of the president to ministers performance

Abstract

According to the constitution, the president is accountable to the people and the parliament. Therefore, in order to perform its duty, it must have the authority to supervise its subset (the Council of Ministers). The president oversees the cabinet in two direct and indirect ways. In direct supervision the President, as head of his subdivision, he has hierarchical and custodial supervision and may thus supervise their work by making decisions such as warning, dismissing, or reprimanding the Minister, it can also directly review the approvals and regulations of the Cabinet and amend or repeal them. Indirect supervision of the President by the Cabinet is carried out through the offices and inspection bodies, the Administrative Violations Board, and his deputies, in addition, performance guarantees are provided by law for the responsibility of ministers. Supervision through offices and inspection bodies, the Board for Investigation of Administrative Violations, its deputies were indirect, in addition, performance guarantees are provided by law for the responsibility of ministers. What is examined in this study is the study of the President's oversight of the performance of ministers.
