Abstract

The computer is the most important technology that every society does not necessarily need to keep up with the development process. But cyberbullying has added to its complexity and created new social problems for criminals and the founders of the criminal justice system, which poses other challenges to its use and policies. The research method is descriptive and analytical which has been collected by library method. The purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges of the functioning of the penal system in dealing with violent crimes in cyberspace. The results indicate that considering the rapid growth of computer technology and the development of communication technology and information exchange with the help of computers and related components, in the current relationship and close dependence of society on this technology, in terms of criminal law, special judicial actions Like the international community, new and effective laws as well as security measures are needed to protect computer systems and networks and to train specialized personnel.
