Abstract

This study aims to provide a paradigm model for sustainable management of human resources in the free universities of Fars province based on a review of studies. The statistical population of this study is 11 experts of executive directors of free universities in Fars province who were selected using purposive sampling method. Interview data collection tools are semi-structured. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical. The results of this research show: adding environmental requirements in the job description, designing environmental criteria in job advertisements, symmetry of environmental goals with the organization evaluation system, reviewing and determining educational needs in environmental issues of causal factors, questioning Instead of observation, use of persuasive methods, contingency of research knowledge, technology and knowledge, having social responsibility and accountability, of hospitalization factors, transfer of environmental concerns in employment activities, definition of incentives for environmental measures such as recycling, Among the intervening factors, selecting people aware of environmental issues, establishing an environmental management system and environmental audit, designing green criteria in evaluating employee performance, strategies and creating a systematic training program to provide environmental skills to employees, creating environmental measures To reduce the risks of the workplace, as the consequences of the model.
