Abstract

Interaction is a process that determines the bias of the relationship between actors. This bias can be convergent or divergent. The formation of the social organization of human society can occur only on the basis of convergence among actors, as members of that organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present a model of social action in the Iranian engineering system and its optimization. This research is a quantitative research and it is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-survey nature. The statistical population of Tehran Province Building Engineering Organization is 510 people. Using Morgan table, 219 people were selected as a statistical sample using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool is a questionnaire whose validity according to Professors and experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (0.7). After extracting the dimensions and components from the theoretical foundations, using the three-stage fuzzy Delphi technique, the theoretical saturation of the model was achieved. To form an expert panel, 12 university professors who had special expertise conditions were used. After testing the model, SPSS software was used for hierarchical clustering and finally MATLAB software was used to optimize the main dimensions. The results showed that the efficiency of the model in the current situation is 0.41 and the gap between the current situation and The ideal position (maximum value) is 0.13 in the compliance variable, 0.15 in the achievement variable, 0.06 in the coherence variable and 0.03 in the pattern retention variable.
