Abstract

The goal of complete intelligence of a city depends not only on how it plans and uses information and communication technology tools to improve the quality of life of its citizens, but also on the acceptance and coordination of the intelligentsia created with the needs of its citizens. The purpose of this research is the theoretical plan to change traditional structural model of the city to a structural model, urban intelligence and comparative study in order to identify digital indicators and intelligence of the city. This research has identified the indicators of smartening in urban management of Shiraz Municipality based on the comparative studies of two smart cities of Amsterdam and Barcelona and using the descriptive-analytical method. In order to identify strategies with the best results in successful smart cities and finally determine the appropriate approach to review layers of urban smart and its roadmap in the city of Shiraz.
