Abstract

According to the jurisprudential literature, the right of sovereignty belongs only to God, the Prophet and the Infallibles (AS); This type of government is a government of justice, which strengthens the Islamic rules and the supremacy of the right, and ultimately leads to the realization of justice in society. In Western political thought, God's legislative lordship is denied, and the source of the legitimacy of governments is determined by social contracts. In this type of view, government is a customary matter in which religion and sharia have no right to interfere and withdraw from the political sphere. Political science is also based on the above basis and the governing propositions follow it. But in jurisprudential political thought, the divine legislative lordship includes all social aspects of societies, including sovereignty. Therefore, it is necessary to apply political propositions and issues on the basis of divine installation.
