Abstract

Objective: This article examines the evolution of the institution of alimony in Imami jurisprudence and its role in the health and strength of the family. It is evaluated and researched from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence and the narrations of the Infallibles. Research question: What is the evolution of the institution of alimony in Imami jurisprudence and its role in the health and strength of the family? Hypothesis: In this research, this issue has been addressed only in a library and descriptive manner. The issue of alimony is considered as a support for women in Islamic culture so that away from the concern of earning a living, a woman spends her whole life full of two basic issues.
