The method of collecting the questionnaire was with the participation of the questioner. Research findings show. Among the main criteria that are the temperament of Iranians, the criterion of institutionalized fear (C3) with a weight of 0.448 first place, the criterion of distrust (C5) with a weight of 0.233 second, lack of transparency (C1) with a weight of 0.111 third, self-centeredness ( C2) with a weight of 0.072 is ranked fourth, dishonesty (C4) with a weight of 0.069 is ranked fifth (C6) with a weight of 0.067 is ranked sixth. As a result, it can be said that social temperament has not played a significant role in political corruption in the city of Kerman, and if we want to consider the issue of political corruption only related to individual and Iranian temperament, we have a reductionism in explaining the issue.
