Provide a model for organizational resilience in the banking network in the face of sanctions (Case Study: Export Development Bank of Iran)

Abstract

This study aimed to provide an organizational resilience model in the banking network in the face of sanctions (Case study: Export Development Bank). The method of this study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data. The statistical population of this study in the qualitative section includes all experts and managers of the banks in 2020. The sampling method of the community was snowball. Based on this, 21 people were selected. Also, in the quantitative part, 250 employees of the bank branches were selected as a sample. Foundation data method as well as SPSS and AMOS software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the factors affecting the organizational resilience model include: causal factors (expansion of communication, resilient economy, transparency of laws and empowerment of management); interactive strategies (organizational planning, expansion of service quality and effective organizational strategy); Interventional conditions (government support and monetary and fiscal policy regulation) and Underlying factors (organizational participation, capable human resources and employee satisfaction).
