Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the components of organizational virtue based on Iranian and Islamic teachings. The method of this study was combined in terms of implementation, the research method of content analysis was used. In a small part, the survey method was used. The statistical population in the qualitative section included university professors and experts in the field of humanities and Islamic sciences, professors of seminaries and Islamic sciences, experts in Fars province who were selected using purposive sampling method (with maximum difference). . After interviewing 30 people, the information reached theoretical saturation. In the quantitative section, all professors and experts who had information about the subject of research were selected using the available sampling method to 135 people.In order to confirm and increase the validity in the qualitative part, the methods of triangulation, large and massive descriptions, taking notes during the interviews, reviewing and re-examining the information were used by the research colleagues. Confirmation of reliability and validity of research tools In quantitative part, indicators of apparent validity and content validity were used. Reliability was calculated to be 0.88 using Cronbach's alpha test. In order to validate the comprehensive model of Iranian-Islamic organizational virtue, structural equation modeling was used. In this approach, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were performed. The results showed that the components of Iranian-Islamic organizational virtue are interpersonal relationships, personality traits, management and leadership, and organizational culture.
