Identifying the model of women's educational competence for holding executive positions in Khuzestan province

Abstract

Women, as half of the society, have high potentials for holding important administrative and organizational positions. Women, due to some personality and inherent characteristics, can play a prominent and effective role even in some organizations, especially service organizations. Fulfill the goals of the organization. The purpose of this article is to identify the pattern of women's educational competence for holding executive positions in Khuzestan province. The method of conducting exploratory mixed research (quantitative-qualitative) and its statistical population is 94 university professors related to the research field and female staff of Khuzestan province and the statistical sample is estimated 62 which were selected by stratified random sampling. Findings show that based on the criteria, key components in each variable were identified and these variables were based on related criteria in order to assess the level of importance of each criterion and evaluate these criteria in meeting the need from a perspective. The female staff was provided to the female staff of Khuzestan Governorate for consultation.
