Consultation and confrontation of islamic ideas in the formation of the constitution

Abstract

The emergence of the islamic revolution about 72 years after the constitutional revolution is due to the inefficiency and failure to meet the demands of the constitutional revolution. Failure to meet the demands and expectations of followers of religious beliefs in the constitutional era will lead to the victory of the islamic revolution. The removal of religious leaders and ideas has led to dissatisfaction among followers of religious ideas for decades. As a result, religious intellectuals ally with traditional religious ieaders. Eith the victory of the islamic revolution, the constitution and its amaendments will be overthrown. Then the constitution of the islamic republic was formed with the consultation and consensus of all groups and ideas. The purpose of this article is to show the influence of each group and idea in the formation of the constitution. By studying the library documents, we will examine the main demands of the main groups of the revolution and show their impact on the constitution. We will also show the dominance of religious thought in the constitution of the islamic republic of iran.
