Abstract

Different plans and modeles and other plans have been proposed by thinkers.for example For example, in the plan presented by Islamic thinkers in the interest-free bank of Iran, deposits are divided into three categories, two of which (current and savings) have the nature of a loan and interest on them. It is not paid and only in fixed deposits, the bank is represented by the depositor who uses the amount of the deposit in one of the Islamic contracts and after deducting the proxy fee, pays the share of the depositor interest to him. This plan faces shortcomings that can be compensated based on the capacities of Islamic contracts by designing new deposits such as savings and investment deposits with definite interest and investment deposits with variable interest. Each of the designed deposits and other banking resources has characteristics that some have limitations and some do not have limitation limitations.
