Abstract

The principle of full and accurate compensation is one of the fixed principles of civil liability, but this seemingly simple principle also has its intricacies. In contrast to the conflicting legal texts in some countries, there is a new way of dividing the type of obligation, based on the provisions of the obligation, ie "commitment by means" and "commitment to the result". In the first type, the obligor is obliged to be careful and prepare, while in the obligation to the result, the subject of the agreement is included. Criteria have been set for its separation, and the subject matter has gathered pros and cons.
This research, which is of descriptive-analytical type and has been done by library-documentary method, seeks to answer the question that what is the role of the principle of commitment to the result in compliance with the principle of commitment in the realization of public rights? How can the principle of commitment to the result contribute to the development of civil rights and, consequently, to the general health of society? The result of the research shows that adhering to the principle of commitment to the result has a great effect on the realization of public rights and the institutionalization of citizenship rights and the stabilization of public health.
