Designing a native model of social responsibilities in industrial and mining companies in Gol Gohar

Abstract

The organization's attention to its social responsibilities represents its ethical approach and considering social interests. Among the various models that have introduced the tasks and actions of organizations in this field, the present research has focused on the design of the local model of social responsibilities in the industrial and mining companies of Gol Gohar Sirjan. This research is applied, qualitative, inductive and interpretative. To identify and extract the components, an open interview was conducted with 8 experts familiar with the social responsibility of Gol Gohar Sirjan Company. The experts were selected using the snowball method and the selection of experts continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data obtained from the interview. The social responsibility of Gol Gohar Sirjan Company was presented in the form of seven main components. The approved components in this research were: economic responsibilities, localization, education, information and advertising, responsibility towards society, responsibility towards individuals and environmental responsibilities. Finally, according to the research results, suggestions were presented.
