Indicators of promotion of the Martial Arts Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran (social, political, technical and financial approach)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the success factors of the Martial Arts Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Method: The research was mixed and qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, the statistical population includes 15 faculty members in the fields of sports management and economics and all people with experience in the management of combat teams and senior managers of the Martial Arts Federation in a non-random (judgmental) manner and by bullet method. It was snowing. The statistical population to answer the questionnaire of the present study was 100 athletes, The questionnaire had 7 components and 27 indicators. Results: In the component of coaches, the rent index of the game in the selection of coaches with 71% correlation, in the administrative component of the index of unfavorable training courses with 81% correlation, in the component of women index of training restrictions in the women's hall with 81% correlation, financial component of the index Economic problems of athletes and their lack of salaries and benefits with 87% correlation, in the component of athletes Index of non-commitment of the Sports Medicine Federation to support athletes after injury with 86% correlation, in the futures component of non-implementation of plans with championship revenue generation strategy Athletes with 90% correlation, in the information technology component, the information registration index of championship databases and provincial delegations in the database for easy access to information with 71% correlation had the highest correlation with the mentioned components.
