Designing a model of sustainable social development based on cultural policies of government organizations in order to ensure citizenship rights (Case study of Kerman)

Abstract

The present study aims to design a model of sustainable social development based on the cultural policies of government organizations in order to ensure citizenship rights. In terms of purpose, it is an applied and developmental research and in terms of method, it is a descriptive correlational research. The statistical population includes all employees of government organizations and departments in Kerman in 1399 and the sample size using Cochran's formula is 378 people who have been selected by stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools included three researcher-made questionnaires including 96 questions of cultural policies with a validity of 0.84, reliability of 0.971, questionnaire 71 questions of sustainable social development with a validity of 0.94 and reliability of 0.935 and a questionnaire of 174 civil rights questions with a validity of 0.91 and reliability of 966 Has been 0. Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression and structural equation modeling using SPSS and AMOS22 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the proposed model to explain sustainable social development based on the cultural policies of government organizations in order to ensure citizenship has an acceptable fit.There is a significant relationship between cultural policies and its components (social cohesion, social participation, social security, social trust, quality of life and environment) with sustainable social development and citizenship rights in government organizations.There is also a significant relationship between sustainable social development and its components (cultural development, tourism development and development of transportation and housing) with citizenship rights in government organizations
