Abstract

The occurrence of robbery, especially armed robbery with violence, as a clear manifestation of violence in society, has negative effects and consequences on society and individual citizens and is directly related to the decrease in the feeling of security, the present research aims to investigate cases of armed bank robbery In recent years, knowing the characteristics of armed bank robbers, the method and tactics of the robbers, and the vulnerability of the target banks, he tries to find the root of those factors and then provides a preventive solution for it.
This research is descriptive in terms of purpose, applied, and in terms of data collection method, it is documentary and survey in which qualitative methods are used. The occurrence of armed robberies from banks with the intention of obtaining large amounts of money in the shortest possible time is increasing. Usually, people who commit armed robbery use expert work to locate the subjects before carrying out the final operation, and factors such as the solitude of the environment, the possibility of escape, being safe and away from the agents, the lack or lack of safety equipment and guards. They check multiple references to their desired branch and carry out their robbery with proper timing.
