The effect of information technology capability on individual creativity with the mediating role of the learning organization and organizational justice in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of information technology capability on individual creativity with the mediating role of the learning organization and organizational justice in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of the present study includes all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. A total of 246 people were selected as statistical samples by random sampling method. Questionnaires were used to collect information: Chanopas et al. (2006), Watkins & Marsick (1996), Chester et al. (2007) and Individual Creativity (2009). Structural equation modeling was used to test the research model. To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaires from Cronbach's alpha coefficient and to evaluate the combined reliability indices, Cronbach's alpha, divergent and convergent validity, Sobel and Waf tests (VAF) and structural equation modeling from SPSS software version 23 and P .LS version 2 was used. The results showed that the effect of information technology capability on individual creativity with the mediating role of the learning organization and organizational justice in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. According to the findings of the present study, it can be suggested to the relevant managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth to pave the way for the development of information technology, learning organization and organizational justice in order to take steps to grow and develop individual creativity of employees
