Abstract
One of the most important areas of this type of study can be stated in the inference of the execution of judgments, which has an important position in Iranian jurisprudence and law, and for which a guarantee of binding executions has been established. Therefore, the guarantee of the implementation of the system maintenance rule in the inference of the execution of sentences can be studied in different civil and criminal dimensions, which is the most important field of study of this rule in criminal jurisprudence.
Therefore, the guarantee of civil and criminal executions of the system preservation rule in the inference of the execution of sentences can be made in the compensation of damages based on the "harmless" rule in order to maintain the system, deprivation of the monarchy in order to maintain the system by criminalizing the war against corruption in the world, maintaining the system with Baghi's criminalization, maintaining the system by criminalizing apostasy, maintaining the system by criminalizing Sab-ul-Nabi and dozens of other topics were studied and examined in Iranian law and in various laws such as the Constitution, the Islamic Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, The civil law, civil procedure law and other regulations have been mentioned by the legislator. In this article, with the aim of investigating the jurisprudential and legal dimensions of the guarantee of execution and the place of the rule of maintaining the system in the inference of the execution of judgments, we reached this finding using a library method.
