Abstract
The cultural dimensions of housing should be considered as a chain that connects other social, functional and physical aspects and affects the relations between them. In general, post-settlement assessments have been started since the 1960s to develop environmental psychology and behavioral and environmental research. In recent decades, residential satisfaction assessment has been one of the most important research topics in various fields. Post-residency assessments are divided into two categories: deductive post-residency assessments and productive post-residency assessments. In post-deductive assessments, the researcher can compare the "lifestyle" between spaces to create norms or understand changes before and after the implementation of a new design. Cultural modernity is present in contemporary architecture and has a great impact on residential satisfaction. Accordingly, in this article, with the deductive evaluation approach, the impact of residents' satisfaction with the change in lifestyle patterns is discussed. Lifestyle changes have been taken as a basis for residential satisfaction in Tehran in two neighborhoods. The statistical population will include people living in Tehran in the assumed areas.
