Develop a model of a spiritualist education organization based on grounded theory

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a conceptual model of a spiritualist education organization. The research method was paradigm model. Potential research participants were key experts familiar with the field of spirituality. Data analysis was performed by coding method in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. To validate the data obtained from the interview, the methods of reviewing the participants and reviewing the non-participating experts in the research were used. The results showed that the paradigm model of the spiritualist education organization has 172 open codes, 18 central codes and 6 elective codes that include the underlying conditions (existence of cultural-social contexts of excellence in society, existence of spiritual social models, structure of education And excellence-oriented education), causal conditions (existence of grown manpower, supportive atmosphere in the organization), intervening factors (organizational incentives, facilitator rules and regulations), central phenomenon (spiritual education organization), strategies (Modeling - qualification, providing material and spiritual incentives, creating appropriate contexts, formulating institutional support strategies) and consequences (individual growth and development, organizational growth and productivity, the formation of a spiritual and developed community ) Are.
