Abstract

This suspicion and concern has always been raised in the minds of Muslims, especially those who adhere to the tradition of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) that the Messenger of God (PBUH) in the prophetic system and Imam Ali (AS) in the Alawite system and in the time of other pure Imams, duties, responsibilities And duties, principles and rules on the behavior of the agents (rulers) of the Islamic system in managing the affairs of Muslims and in interaction with the people, and in order to create justice and growth and all-round development of society and avoid aristocratic life and avoid temperament. Arrogant character and avoidance of ethnic, racial and class thinking, exaltation and promotion and movement in the path of spiritual perfection and spiritual excellence of human beings and attention to the vision and insight of people and caring for the deprived and oppressed classes and the progress of material life and closeness
