Abstract

Review:
In order to achieve administrative health and organizational effectiveness and in order to prevent violations, sports organizations have used intelligent systems, using information technologies. The purpose of this study was to present a conceptual model of the effectiveness of information and communication technology on the corruption paradigm in all departments of sports and youth. The research method was correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees (1023). Data were collected using standard questionnaires of information and communication technology (Maki, 2015) with an alpha of 0.95 and a questionnaire of corruption (Goodarzi, 2007) with an alpha of 0.86. The statistical sample size using Cochran's formula was 278. The sampling method was cluster random. Data analysis was performed using correlation coefficient and stepwise regression using 22spss software. The results of correlation coefficient showed that there was a significant relationship between information technology (P = 0.001, r = -0.19) and communication (P = 0.001, r = -0.22) with reducing corruption at the level of 0.099 confidence. There is. The results of stepwise regression showed that the variables of information and communication technology (p = 0.001 and Beta = 0.22) have a significant relationship with the scores of reducing corruption. The results of ANOVA analysis showed that the significance level of IT score (F = 14.05 p = 0.001) was more than 0.05. Therefore, the use of technology systems in the general departments of sports and youth of the country is recommended.
