Islamic managerial intelligence and successful intelligence of exceptional school administrators

Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of measuring the Islamic management intelligence and the successful intelligence of principals of exceptional secondary schools in the nineteen government districts of Tehran in the academic year of 2018-2019. In terms of method, the current research was among quantitative researches. The statistical population of the research included all principals of the second year of secondary school in Tehran. The sample obtained from this population using the multi-stage cluster sampling method based on the Karjesi and Morgan table was 384 people, and 100 people were considered in this research. A 23-question questionnaire was used to collect information. The results showed that among the components of successful intelligence, the first priority belongs to creative intelligence, followed by analytical intelligence and practical intelligence. Among the components of management mouse, the first priority belongs to spiritual intelligence, and then the second to fifth priority belongs to emotional intelligence, political intelligence, physical intelligence and logical intelligence.
