Abstract
The concept and theory of social capital since the 1990s has been met with considerable attention from scholars and scholars in various fields of social sciences (economics, sociology, political sciences, etc.). On the other hand, social capital, unlike the developed countries, has been taken very seriously in underdeveloped states, especially its role and influence, has been overwhelmed, while today, social capital in development is highly regarded by scholars and elites Is political.
Method of research In this article, a descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population of this study is the total population of 18 years old in the city of Mehran. The sample size is 383 citizens of Mehran, selected by cluster sampling and selected randomly.
The results of multivariate statistical analysis including Pearson correlation test, regression, Chi-square test, ANOVA test and Kendal correlation test showed that the relationship between dimensions of social capital and security of Mehran border was significant at the significance level of 0.05 and There is an indication that the greater the amount of investment in the dimensions of social capital, the social security of the citizens of the border of Mehran also increases.
