Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the prosecutor's obligations to protect human rights and citizenship in the international system. The method of collecting information is in the form of a library and in the form of taking notes. Data analysis is descriptive-analytical. The main position of the prosecutor in the field of human rights is to ensure the fundamental rights of all individuals of all colors and races in order to achieve human justice. Without any discrimination in this regard. The duty of the prosecutor for the welfare of the citizen is to strive for the benefit of the citizens and for the maximum good and happiness for the maximum of the people equally. Accordingly, if the prosecutor and the structural agents of the government seek to ensure the welfare of citizens, the needs of individuals, families, groups and communities must be met. The human rights obligations of the prosecutor must be in law and practice in accordance with international principles and rules. The cases in which the prosecutor's obligation must be observed in accordance with international principles and rules are as follows: commitment in the field of environmental protection; Commitment to the protection of public interests; Commitment to protect civil rights in line with human rights; Commitment to the protection of citizens' privacy; Commitment to the protection of citizens against unlawful detention; Commitment to immunity from torture; Commitment to deportation immunity; Commitment to immunity from attack; Commitment is in the field of judicial security.
