Abstract

Given that the United States, as one of the great world powers, is the most effective and influential player in creating and expanding the components of world order and guaranteeing them, the complexities that exist in US policy, especially during the presidency of Donald Trump. The type of policies adopted and its components, and the changes that took place during Trump's presidency, are consistent with the characteristics of neoclassical realist theory in some respects. Therefore, this study, which is a library-documentary and has been done in a descriptive-analytical method, shows that in the foreign policy of the US government during Trump's presidency, special attention was paid to the political and systemic structure and the level of analysis of the international anarchic system. It is at the macro level and the type of level of analysis has been mediated by the government and the president's perception and lobbying with other factors. And has been in alliance with other countries and has been active in the field of utilitarianism in the international and domestic spheres. Neoclassical realism is evident in US domestic and foreign policy under Trump.
