Abstract

A framework for documenting, transferring and analyzing the experiences of the governors of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Governors are considered as the highest representatives of the government and its most important pillar in each province, so that from all executive powers related to the executive branch (from civil and cultural affairs to security issues and maintaining order, etc.) .) Are enjoyed in each province. These important functionalist tasks and roles, cause each of the governors to become a manager with a lot of experience and unique characteristics who, while identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the province under his management, how to deal with them. With all the events, they know well the desired and the unwanted and have the ability to make big decisions for the future of these regions and the country.
Therefore, knowing the importance of this issue, this study, using library and exploratory study, has provided a realistic and objective framework for documenting and collecting the experiences of governors and also transferring them to the new generation of governors and senior executives. Therefore, at first, while providing definitions of documenting experiences and methods of doing so, a model of documenting the experiences of governors was presented by presenting indicators and by localizing it,economic, civil, cultural and Social, managerial, etc. with the help of elites and academics as well as a number of statistical community; Extracted and placed in our own tables.
