Designing a student business school model for developing entrepreneurship in high school

Abstract

The purpose of this research; Discover the main phenomenon and the conditions and factors surrounding it. The research method is qualitative and of the foundation theory type and has examined ten business and entrepreneurial experts who were selected by electric bullet sampling. In the first place, the product of coding was 13 main categories, 91 sub-categories and 6 conditional dimensions. The main and final category of the research was discovered under the title "Entrepreneurship as a balance between human resources and economic resources of business school projects". From Ali's condition; Quality of education in schools, provision of skilled entrepreneurial manpower, financing, macro policies of the education system in the creation and development of business schools and from the categories of basic conditions of education can be acquired to skilled manpower and obstacles in setting up schools He mentioned entrepreneurial work. Then, attention to the real needs in education as an intervening condition was obtained and strategic conditions with the titles; "Changing the Economic and Legal Structure of the Huff Government The policy of integrating public and private education, full employment, modeling the business plans of schools in developed countries, and supporting models and encouragement in business schools" was determined. Outcome conditions that contributed to the development of creative skills in business schools from the participants' point of view.
