Abstract

One of the socio-political events of the time of Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar is the event of Seyyed Mohammad Kelardashti; Which occurred in Kelardasht region of Mazandaran. He is one of the Sadats and the followers of the Ahl al-Haq dynasty of Atashbegi. This event has been considered and followed by the government of the time and historians and historians due to its contemporaneity with the tobacco movement. How to explain this incident and study its factors and roots with a descriptive-analytical approach has been considered in this study. The research hypothesis and findings indicate the fact that this incident was the result of tensions and differences between tribes (non-indigenous immigrants) and Giles (natives) and the oppressive policies of local rulers, which according to the course of events by local rulers, in In order to suppress the tribe and justify the actions of the government and its affiliates in this regard, it has been given a political and religious aspect by some chroniclers and reporters as well as the local government affiliated with the government.
