The Relationship between Perception of Spiritual Leadership and Employee Empowerment with the Mediating Role of Perception of Organizational Justice in Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between perception of spiritual leadership and employee empowerment with the mediating role of perception of organizational justice in Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company.The research method was descriptive-correlational causal. The statistical population of the study was all employees of Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan, which consisted of 10,000 people. According to the Cochran's 370 questionnaire, 66 questions of the available method were distributed among the employees.Data collection tools were Fry et al.'s (2003) Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire, Calcutta Organizational Justice (2001) and Spritzer Employee Empowerment (1995). In order to ensure the content validity, the questionnaire was provided to experts such as professors and university researchers, as well as administrators whose opinions also confirmed the content validity of the questionnaire. The alpha value for the Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire was 0.911, for the Organizational Justice Questionnaire was 0.893 and for the Employee Empowerment Questionnaire was 0.919.In order to analyze the data, the structural equation test was used with the help of LISREL software. According to the data analysis, the results showed that there is a relationship between understanding spiritual leadership and employee empowerment and understanding of organizational justice. There is significance and there is also a significant relationship between understanding of organizational justice and employee empowerment.
