Abstract

Street-level bureaucrats, as the name implies; Providers of administrative and citizen services who have government affiliations and form the executive body of government services that are required to assume such a serious responsibility; Increase commitment, more participation and more effort to achieve organizational goals. Such peopleSuch people have a decisive role in how services are provided, etc., and on the other hand, they have a significant impact on people's lives and, in a word, simply guide the legal aspects of citizens' relations with the government. In this regard, Lipsky points to the immediate and personal role of street-level bureaucrats and analyzes that they make decisions based on personal intentions. In other words, in policy implementation (one of the most important and challenging fields of study is the knowledge of calligraphy and the constant concern of government officials and policy makers, which is used at three levels: organizational, service and program).
