Abstract
Street-level bureaucrats, as the name implies; Providers of administrative and citizen services who have government affiliations and form the executive body of government services that are required to assume such a serious responsibility; Increase commitment, more participation and more effort to achieve organizational goals. Such peopleSuch people have a decisive role in how services are provided, etc., and on the other hand, they have a significant impact on people's lives and, in a word, simply guide the legal aspects of citizens' relations with the government. In this regard, Lipsky points to the immediate and personal role of street-level bureaucrats and analyzes that they make decisions based on personal intentions.
