Investigating the framework of good governance model in the light of the synergistic role of government, private sector and civil society in the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the development plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the framework of good governance theories. Good governance is a new model of governance that governments use to meet the current needs of their citizens and has three elements of government, part Private and civil society. The special role of the government in the model of good governance, providing a suitable political and legal environment, and the special role of the private sector in earning income and creating employment and special work for civil society is a mechanism for the participation of social forces. The present study seeks to answer the main question, what is the situation of Iran's development after the Islamic Revolution in the framework of a good governance model? The hypothesis that is tested in response to the main question is that, instead of synergy with the private sector and civil society, the government alone has been the agent of good governance and the main factor in development. The research method from the perspective of the applied goal and the method of collecting data and information is observation and study, which has been done by referring to the library and archive of documents, as well as searching in virtual and Internet networks. Findings show.
