Abstract

With the advancement of technology and the shift of societies towards digital technology, traditional paper-based patent law has evolved into electronic patent law. Electronic registration is the registration with computer and digital tools, in which the material and intellectual rights of human beings are registered by digital means in order to establish property rights, increase the security factor and thus prevent the risk against property.
Electronic or modern registration rights, which are used in contrast to traditional registration, are part of the registration rights, and registration rights are sovereign rights. The main purpose of this article is to explain the role of modern registration law in the crime prevention process in the legal system.
Electronic registration rights are a set of binding rules and regulations that, when a right is registered, prevent the infringement of that right.
In this article, we seek to answer the question of whether electronic registration can reduce crime in the registration system?
