Abstract:
In this article, while explaining the role and position of promotion techniques in global value chains, the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the global value chain between 2007 and 2017 will be examined. Accordingly, the main question is; What effect have the governing structures of the Islamic Republic of Iran had on joining the global value chain between 2007 and 2017?
The authors' hypothesis is: the governing structures of the Islamic Republic of Iran without attention, review and correction of the two basic features of "focus on domestic markets" and "source-oriented" that has led to a lack of extroverted view; It has put Iran's industries at the bottom of the global value chain between 2007 and 2017.
Preliminary knowledge of the vast space of the global production network and its main actors and creating the necessary ground for extensive interaction with them, improving the domestic business environment and creating coordination among the main economic actors to create effective communication with international actors, fields Iran's presence and promotion in the supply chain provides global value.
